Dave Wolverton
a.k.a. David Farland
Dave writes science fiction novels while reserving his pen name David Farland for his fantasy novels. He was born in Springfield, Oregon until his was 18 when he moved to Rick's College in Idaho. He later served a LDS mission to Chicago, Illinois. Upon returning home from his mission, he enrolled at BYU where he ended up studying English and Editing. Aside from writing, Dave has enjoyed roles as an editor, teacher, video game designer, and movie producer.
